Computerized Wheel Alignment
Wheel alignment is what makes up the angles that keep your tires going straight down the road
and wearing evenly. If your wheel alignment is not correct, that means something in your
steering or suspension is loose or worn out. You may begin to notice abnormal wear on the edges
of your tires or you may even notice your vehicle pulling more than it should. This usually
indicates a problem with your alignment. It’s imperative to get this fixed as soon as possible so
tires will not be damaged. DON’T FORGET Tires are not cheap!
An alignment helps ensure that all four tires are correctly angled with each other and the road. … A wheel alignment can help you get more miles out of a new set of tires.
Driving a vehicle with improper wheel alignment can cause uneven wear on the tires. If the problem is not corrected soon enough, a vehicle’s tires could suffer premature wear and tear, making them ineffective for safe driving. An alignment problem should be corrected immediately to avoid unnecessary tire damage.
Advantage of wheel alignment:
1. Increase Fuel Efficiency. 2. Reduce Expensive Auto Repairs. 3. Experience Smoother
Driving. 4. Improve Vehicle Safety. 5. Increase the Life of Your Tires.
How long and in what condition car need to do wheel alignment:
1. After drive for 10000 km or six month.
2. Vehicle pulls sideway when driving in a straight line.
3. Hands cant get off the steer wheel when driving in a straight line.
4. Steer wheel cant get centered itself, when car runs in a straight line.
5. Car body goes up and down.
6. Front and rear wheel wear
7. After replacing a new tyre.
8. After crush accident.
9. After replacing a new suspension parts.
10. New car after driving for 3000km.
Computerized ATF change with Calibration
A transmission fluid exchanger is when the old fluid is replaced with new fluid, its flow direction is automatically controlled, and has an equal amount exchange system. A transmission flush involves forcing chemicals through the system to clear out debris. Transmission fluid exchange is preventative maintenance whereas a transmission fluid flush is closer to a repair that’s correcting a problem.
Avoid Damaging Your Transmission
Changing your transmission fluid frequently is the best way to ensure maximum longevity of your transmission. If you don’t change your transmission fluid frequently, the dirty fluid will not serve as an effective lubricant and it won’t disperse heat well. This will cause wear and tear on the clutches anad other parts of your transmission. Once the clutch packs lose their grip, the old fluid might be the only thing creating enough friction to get your clutches to engage and keep your transmission from slipping. Prevent damage to your transmission by making sure your transmission fluid is changed or flushed timely.
What Does Transmission Fluid Do?
As you can imagine, transmission fluid serves as a lubricator for your transmission. By providing the transmission with a slippery substance, you’re able to let your transmission’s parts move and work freely. With this, the transmission is able to run without major issues. That’s not all the fluid does, however, Transmission fluid also works as a coolant that provides the right temperature for your engine to work with your transmission effectively.
Automatic transmissions generate more heat than a manual transmission. For that reason, proper fluids are essential to keeping the car running smoothly. Likewise, both manual transmissions can give off little particles of the machinery that float inside the transmission fluid. This makes regular fluid changes for the transmission all the more important to your car’s health.
How often should automatic transmission fluid be changed?
There are a few different numbers thrown out when asking this question. Most manufacturers recommend replacing transmission fluid every 30,000 to 60,000 km. or 24 months. If you tow, or do mostly city driving with constant changes of gears, it may be wise to change the ATF even more often. The automatic transmission fluid (ATF) should be changed sooner if its dipstick reveals dark or burnt-smelling fluid. The good fluid color is like Radish pink.
Advantages:
1.Dissolves and suspends deposits
2.Clears all old fluid and suspended debris
3.Put in new automatic transmission fluid
4.Fortifies new fluid with seal conditioners, oxidation inhibitors and shift improvers
5.Prevents deposit formation
6.Restores transmission performance
7.Prolongs transmission life
Computerized Wheel Balancing
Tire balancing is a tune-up for your wheel-tire set. It is the process of balancing the weight of a tire and wheel assembly so that it travels evenly at high speeds. When all areas of the wheel-tire unit are as equal in weight as possible, the tire will roll smoothly. This helps it wear evenly, for longest life.. Balancing also contributes to ride comfort it is important because wheels lose their balance over time. Factors concerning the weight distribution of your vehicle, road conditions and tread wear can cause unevenness in the tires, which can then lead to further uneven tread wear. As a result, the vehicle might shake or vibrate while in use. It become unbalanced when one part of the tire becomes heavier than the other parts of the tire
What causes wheels to go out of balance?
Sometimes the tire can deflate so much that your tires become unbalanced. Another common reason for tire imbalance is the loss of a wheel weight. This can happen when you’re driving at high speeds and hit either a speed bump, a sidewalk curb, a deep pothole, or any type of object on the road.
What happens if you don’t balance tires?
Your tires will wear down prematurely when the wheel assembly isn’t balanced . The common symptoms of out-of-balance tires are uneven and faster tread wear, poor fuel economy, and vibration in the steering wheel, the floorboard or the seat that gets worse at faster speeds. If a front tire isn’t properly balanced you’ll likely feel vibration in the steering wheel.
Signs of Unbalanced Tires
If your tires are out of balance, there are a few key ways to detect it. Some of the most common signs that your tires are out of balance include…
Vibrating throughout the vehicle– These vibrations can be felt at most speeds if you’re paying attention. But they’re most noticeable at highway speeds like 50 and higher mph.
Unusual tire wear patterns– Some instances of tire imbalance can cause scalloping or cup- shaped divots along either the inner or outer edge of your tires.
Strange noises coming from your vehicle– Tire imbalance can often cause humming, buzzing, and similar noises that become louder the faster you drive.
Decreased fuel economy– Sudden drops in your fuel economy can be indicative of unbalanced tires because your vehicle has to work harder to make up for your tires being unbalanced.
Computerized Engine Analyzing & diagnosis Section
An automotive scan tool (scanner) is an electronic tool used to interface with, diagnose and, sometimes, reprogram vehicle control modules. Actual scan tools will display live data stream (inputs and outputs), have bi-driection controls (the ability to make the controllers do things outside of normal operations) and may even be able to calibrate/program modules within certain parameters. However, a typical scan tool does not have the ability to fully reprogram modules because it requires a pass-through device and specific software.

Reason 1: Confine the application of a hazardous material to a restricted controlled environment.
Reason 2: Prevent hazardous overspray and volatiles from escaping confinement and causing fire or explosion to nearby operations.
Reason 3: Control air fuel/mixture so that a combustible combination cannot occur.
Reason 4: Provide a clean environment in which to paint.
General Servicing & Repairs
Oil is one of the most important fluids that is utilized in our vehicle. This play a crucial part
in our engine’s functionality. The oil in the engine makes sure that the all mechanical
components are lubricated to reduce friction, wear and heat. It ensures that components
don’t rub against each other and wear away. Without the oil, the engine can become
damaged fairly quickly As a result, it needs to be changed on a regular basis to avoid the oil
becoming sludgy and causing damage to our vehicle’s engine.
The oil in the car or truck does a lot to keep the car running smoothly. The most important job is to lubricate the engine and carry heat away from the engine. As the oil in the vehicle circulates through the engine, it continuously lubricates the thousands of engine components that have to work together in order to make our car operational. At the same time, as the oil moves around the engine, it draws the heat that the engine produces away from the engine.
What is an Oil Change? – Why Do We Need It?
An oil change is the process of removing and replacing the viscous fluid- that runs through an internal combustion engine. As the oil moves, it also picks up dirt and other small pieces of debris from the engine. While this helps to keep the engine free of these particles, over time the oil gets too dirty to be effective. The parts inside the engine move incredibly fast, which generates both friction and heat. Engine oil provides lubrication, which allows the parts to work together effectively without overheating or seizing. Think about it like cooking: If you forget to add oil your food sticks to the pan. Add oil and it no longer sticks! This is why an oil change servicing has to happen. Basically, oil changes contribute to the cleanliness of the engine. and help to reduce and remove any excess dirt that can build-up in the engine from use.
What happens if you don’t change your oil?
If the oil isn’t changed, your vehicle’s engine will start to have a lot of problems. This can cause the engine to run less efficiently, and as time goes on, it can cause the engine components to warp and wear out. The lack of lubrication between these parts will also contribute to these problems. Over time, the fast-moving parts breakdown the oil and reduce its ability to absorb heat and lubricate the engine. That’s why your vehicle actually NEEDS to have its oil changed! If you continue to use the same oil your engine has a very
good chance of overheating or simply seizing all together..
How Often Do I Need an Oil Change?
It depends on many factors, including what kind of vehicle you drive, how often do you drive, and whether you drive the vehicle hard. To avoid confusion, car manufacturers have created standardized kilometer-based intervals. Every manufacturer creates unique
schedules, but changing your oil every 2500km to 3000km will never hurt. At Mahi , we recommend a visit every 3000kms!
What happens if you wait too long to change your oil?
In fact, if you wait too long for an oil change, your smooth and clean oil will turn into dirty sludge. When this happens, your engine must work harder to fight through the buildup of muck. It loses its lubrication, and decreases heat absorption. This means that your car will be susceptible to major issues.
1. Regular Oil Changes Keep You Engine Clean
2. Longer Engine Life More Likely with Routine Oil Changes
3. Changing Your Oil Protects Other Engine Parts
4. Get Better Gas Mileage by Changing Your Oil On Time
5. Routine Oil Changes Help with Better Engine Performance
